Fellow Senators,

 

As we embark on our 50th year as an organization, I ask that we remember and embrace the many friends and fellow senators that we got to know and work side by side with.  Our purpose has changed as we have aged, our motivation has not. We loved our Jaycee days and speak frequently about our antics as well as our triumphs.  We need to take this excitement and enthusiasm and pass it on to our communities and instill that Jaycee feeling to all.  We have to ask to get an answer.  Why do we not embrace Friendship Full Circle to everyone?  I make it a point to talk about the great things Jaycees have done in this country at least three times a week,  I challange everyone to do the same.  We are the Mentors now that replaced the ones that Mentored us as Jaycees.  Promote, advocate, and express our great times for all to hear.  It is not that hard to remember the great times and the fun we had as we developed skills in all three areas of the Jaycee Triangle.  Explore our 50th year, with fun and excietment as well as pass on our glorious past to others so that we can provide them the oppourtunity to have just as many great years as we have had.
